Subscription FAQs

In your initial subscription confirmation email, you will receive a link to manage your subscription. You may also manage your subscription when you log in to your customer account on our website.

Your subscription orders must be picked up on the 2nd Friday of every month.

You can change your upcoming order up until the 28th of the previous month. For example, if you would like to change your April order, you have until March 28th to amend your order. We will send you reminders!

-For 6-month subscriptions, you can skip twice. Your subscription will roll over up to two months.

-For 9-month subscriptions, you can skip up to three times. Your subscription will roll over up to three months.

-For 12-month subscriptions, you can skip up to four times. Your subscription will roll over up to four months.

At this time, we do not allow cancellations. If you are experiencing a unique and unforeseen situation, please contact us at info@fullboardcos.com to discuss your subscription.

Your subscription will be charged on the 1st of each month. We will send you reminders about your order before your card on file is charged.

You will be charged when you first sign up, and on the 28th of each month of your subscription. Your second order will always skip the next billing cycle to prevent a double-charge. For example:

Scenario 1:

Sign-up date: March 26th

First Box: 2nd Friday of April

Next Charge: April 28th, for May subscription box

Scenario 2:

Sign-up date: March 28th

First Box: 2nd Friday of April

Next Charge: April 28th, for May subscription box

Scenario 3:

Sign-up date: March 30th

First Box: 2nd Friday of May

Next Charge: May 28th, for June subscription box

The card you use on your initial subscription order will become your default payment method. You can change your payment method by logging into your customer account on our website.
